With stylish new homes, in close proximity to the beach, and not too far from the centre of the Sunshine Coast, Peregian Springs is in a great location . What’s close by?
Peregian Springs has a small retail park located within the suburb, which includes a pharmacy, eateries, and a Coles supermarket. Peregian Beach is less than a 5 minute drive away, with the area of Coolum about 10 minutes south. The peaceful Noosa Heads is to the north and can be reached by bus, with plenty of dining spots, and some of Australia’s best beaches. Peregian Springs has its own golf club in the centre of the suburb, and a conservation area that’s great for walking the dogs.
Does it have schools?
The suburb it self has the Peregian Springs State School, Peregian Beach Community College, and St Andrew’s Anglican College. There’s also a early childhood development centre, perfect for couples with a young infant. Outside of Peregian Springs you’ll find several other schools and colleges in neighbouring suburbs.
Who is Peregian Springs ideal for?
The suburb is brand new with homes still being built, it’s a quiet area with plenty of greenery surrounding it. With it’s close proximity to the beach, and nearby schools this suburb would be ideal for couples, families, outdoor lovers and retirees.
Everything in the suburb is brand new, the homes are in amazing condition, there’s schools, shops, and even a supermarket within walking distance. You’re not too far away from Noosa Heads or the centre of the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane is less than 2 hours away, and the area has very little traffic on the nearby roads. Buses run throughout Peregian Springs and can take you to Noosa Heads and Coolum.
The Sunshine Motorway is just outside the suburb and is able to take you all the way to the Gold Coast.
The not so good
Like any suburb, there are a couple of things Peregian Springs is missing. There’s not many options for fine dining, shopping, or entertainment, for that you’ll need to travel to either Noosa Heads or Coolum.
The Peregian Springs suburb is a great option for anyone thinking of making the move to the Sunshine Coast. New developments are sprouting up all the time, it’s a fairly safe area and very close to the beach. Noosa and Coolum are both on it’s doorstep and Brisbane CBD is under two hours away.
